I am unable to find a reliable way of leaving customer feedback, so I am posting my experience at the Statesboro, GA store here. I went in yesterday, 10/2, to inquire about upgrading my phone. A manager started assisting me, but I felt like he kept trying to get me to get the IPhone Air, even though I very clearly said I was not looking at that one due to the short battery life. I inquired about the base iPhone 17 and he went to the back and another associate came to came. He was completely uninterested in helping, and it seemed like I was an inconvenience to him by being there. Today, 10/3, I go back and I do upgrade. The agent that helped seemed like he was trying to rush me out the door as well. The agent didn’t even ask if I needed any accessories for my new phone. These couple of experiences plus a different one earlier this year, have made me have a very sour taste in my mouth with Verizon. I am seriously considering switching companies, and I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years with Verizon. Also, the feedback within the app is not great. I gave the store 1 star on 2 of the 3 service questions, and it said glad I had a great experience. It’s quite clear that Verizon does not want to want to hear constructive feedback.
