While managing my account in the My Verizon app a few days ago, my device was somehow tagged as lost/stolen. I tried several times to fix this through the My Verizon app, and several more times by phone. I have spent the past THREE days texting with "live" agents (at least 7). Every one of them tells me almost done and then passes me to another person.
When I talked to the latest agent, they spent 25 minutes trying to get me to add a new line. Why would I add a new line when you can't even manage the one I have. This is ridiculous.
