Internets was slow and would lag horribly while trying to watch movies or play games, especially mmos. Got new phones and brought it up and got an upgraded router. Now the Internet is even worse. Now we're being told to wait until 5g is available to our area. Which they have no time frame on. We live in a very populated area but apparently not one that the biggest network in the country gives service too. As soon as we can get the T-Mobile fiber network that was installed in our area we are switching because Verizon is to big to care about getting it right anymore.
