Unable to Setup Call Filter - iOS 26

I recently upgraded to the iPhone 17 Pro Max and I’m having trouble setting up Verizon Call Filter through the App Store. Specifically, I can’t enable notifications for the Call Filter app in Settings. Other apps give me the option to toggle notifications, but that option doesn’t appear for Call Filter (see attached screenshots).

Has anyone else run into this issue or found a solution? I’ve tried reinstalling the app and restarting the phone.
