Trying to update my D2G to the newest software but my device says that my device is up-to-date. Any other ways to download the update to the phone beside the ones in the instructions???
Although there was SUPPOSE to be a limited "Soak Test" to a few invited people, Verizon's web site indicates the update has been released to everyone. My understanding is that the update is being released in "waves" so that the servers/systems aren't overwhelmed, some stores will do the update for you, other stores indicate they don't know anything about it.
The update hasn't been deployed yet. There is supposed to be a limited "soak test" deployed to people who signed up to be testers on Motorola's support forums but that hasn't started yet.

Tier 2 Support verified that the update is "coming soon". it has not been released to anyone yet.
