I have been with this company for a couple years and ever since day one this company has been disappointing. Customer service has been disappointing, but II have been with this company for a couple years and ever since day one this company has been disappointing. Customer service has been disappointing, but I finally paid my phone off. It was gonna go to another phone company. I was told that that they would take my phone and give me a credit towards the new phone but now I’m being told about paid off my phone and I own my old phone, but I traded it in to get the new phone because they told me the new phone be paid out now they telling me that the phone is not paid off and in order for me to end that I have to stay with them 36 months and the customer service rep that I talked to pretty much told me that is pretty much nothing I can do. I have no service at my house. I have no service at my job. I have called multiple times complaining. The only thing they have given me was a $10 credit. Nothing has been done. Nobody has come out to check the location and I was informed by one of the employees matter fact, one of the managers that worked inside of Verizon store that informed me that they do not care about the customer. They only care about the money that they are not gonna do anything to help you. You can call as much as you want. Nothing is going to be done and she has not lied. Nothing has been done and they have me on record every time I call telling them this, but nothing has been done. Verizon is the worst company ever and a bully you to stay with them
