App won’t link to phone number

I recently transferred my service and phone number to Verizon from straight talk. I have been unable to connect my phone number to the app. I receive an error that says “provided input is invalid and cannot be linked.” I have also tried re registering with a different email to no avail.

Please help.

Hi, for mobile service, My Verizon is tied to the phone number. If you were using an email address to sign up, you most likely got a guest account which can't have anything linked to it despite any messages telling you otherwise. If the URL has "guest" in it anywhere or you are seeing a message saying something like "You'll get the full Account Owner experience when [something] is active", then you definitely have a guest account.

I'm assuming your phone now works on Verizon - if the port is still in progress, wait until you get a confirmation text or other communication from Verizon saying the port has finalized. Then, either use the "create new account" link in the My Verizon login page, or register under this alternate URL:
