I have been with Fios for 65 days so I received emails to claim $100 in Amazon and two $50 Verizon gift cards. I was able to claim Amazon, however for the Verizon gift cards I keep getting the following message:
"We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later or call 1-844-236-4769 for assistance."
I am requesting that this be escalated to a live agent for assistance, as the telephone number is just an AI agent and is not helpful. This has been very frustrating.
