How best to leave a comment/suggestion about Verizon phone trade-in phone deals?
I've been with Verizon for over 11 years. We have 10 lines on our account.
A couple of those on our account will be leaving since the only phone trade-in offers require upgrading to the 'Unlimited Ultimate' plan for three years. Even though the trade-in offer equals the price of the new phone, if you're presently on the 'Unlimited Welcome' you'll end of paying the full price of the phone over three years.
This is why a couple users on our account will be switching to T-Mobile to get a new phone for free.
