We bought 2 new OPEN BOX iPhone 16 phones on eBay, and the seller said they were unlocked. The phones were delivered to my friend’s house in the United States. When I was in the United States, the only thing I could do was check if they were working, since my carrier only works in Brazil. When I returned to Brazil and tried to use my carrier, I saw that they are locked by Verizon, and now I discovered that they are on the blacklist. I feel like I was misled. I would like help to remove them from the blacklist. Is that possible?
