You have a valid concern about a promotion not being applied, and if you haven't been having any success getting a resolution directly, need to try an outside source to help you. However, 5G isn't available everywhere on Verizon - it's mostly a midsize and larger city thing.
Is there someone I can work with I have screen shots of the devices I traded in that has the info that proves the storage of the devices?
I understand my experience has been the worse I’ve ever had. I’m not naive about 5G availability in different spaces and places. It just the treatment that I’ve been experiencing which intensifies my negative experience.
