We switched from TMobile a few weeks ago and I get no reception in my office. This is a dealbreaker for me.
I had perfect reception with T-Mobile and my coworkers have no issues with AT&T. Just found out some of them had the same problem with Verizion and switched.
Has anyone solved this problem? I work in a secure gov building so workarounds are limited.
We're within the 30 day return window to cancel, but already sent our TMobile phones to Verizon for trade in.
