This is insane. I have been trying to activate ESPN Unlimited on my Fios account since *September.* I'm supposed to get an email with an activation link, haven't received one, have spent TEN HOURS on the phone and in chat with support, gotten endless amounts of utterly unhelpful copypasta from the reps, and then today, two hours into the Crown Jewel PLE, get told by a rep that the ESPN Unlimited service has a hold on it on my account which means they can't send me the email to activate the service? I am paying over $300 a month to Verizon and they can't activate a service? Now they've given me a ticket number and a nebulous promise that someone will get back to me by Monday. Unbelievable.
