Today was a rough day. I had bickering encounters with three representatives this morning, who claimed we weren't qualified to discuss my issues. However, Verizon took action, and Kaye was able to resolve everything for us. While I cannot fully recommend the company based on the initial experience, we will certainly be staying with Verizon.
