Redeemed nfl Sunday ticket through verizon promotion, but when we login to YouTube with the account we signed up with, nfl Sunday ticket is not active and asks us to pay. We call Verizon who tells us to call YouTube we placed us on hold for hours with no answer. Very frustrating
