I’m writing as a very frustrated customer. When I originally joined Verizon Fios, I was promised a $200 Verizon Gift Card and two Amazon Gift Cards as part of my signup perks. It has now been over 60 days since my account was created, and I still have not been able to redeem any of them.
Every time I attempt to redeem the cards, I receive the same error message:
“We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later or call 1-844-236-4769.”
I’ve called the provided number multiple times, but I’m either placed on hold indefinitely or the issue is not resolved. It’s becoming very discouraging to be told to “try again later” after waiting this long.
At this point, I expect Verizon to honor the promotional offer I signed up for and provide a clear resolution or manual fulfillment of the promised gift cards. Please escalate this issue to a supervisor or the appropriate department that can finally resolve it.
