Has this happened to anyone else? I just went to trade my phone in, and was informed that I had an offer for a free iPad that is no longer valid. This is because the service representative that helped me never informed me of such an offer.
now I’ve just sat in store for the past hour trying to get the offer, but because it’s too late the offer is invalid.
