I was promised a $100 Amazon gift card when I signed up for my Fios home internet back in July. I was told I had to wait 60 days after start of service to redeem it, which has now well passed. I haven't received any emails about redeeming it and I don't see it in my reward center. I need some help with this.
Mods - I know my issue has already been escalated before. The support agents who message me privately do so once, then never return to our messages. I answer their questions and then they disappear without responding. It's been almost a month since they messaged me, and despite me asking for further updates, none of them responded.
