Help me out to unlock my phone
Verizon's device unlocking policy states that you must use the device on Verizon's network for at least 60 days, and then it will automatically unlock, unless the device has been reported lost/stolen or there is a payment issue where a balance was not paid.
If you bought the phone from some 3rd party, you need to ask the seller for a refund. This is a very common problem with phones purchased through small, unknown vendors.
