I purchased a Giftcard at the Verizon Mobile store and I try to use it to pay my FIOS bill and I am unable to do it. Was asked to go to the store and they tried the same and didn’t work. Was asked to call Customer Service which is as useless when it comes to getting the gift cars department. Now Im stuck with a $200 GC that I am unable to use. As. Fyi, this is not a prepaid card as I know its purpose. GC does say that it can be used for FIOS payment. The number on the back of gift card was called and says its not a valid card and go to the store which was what I did in the first place. Sorry to say an extremely horrible experience with getting this issue fixed. Please help.
