I have ordered 2 iphones 17 and trade in 2 iPhone 13 Pro on Sept: 22nd 2025. Since the phone didn't arrive as promised on the 30th I went to an authorised verizon store and they told me , with the previous wireless carriers account # and transfer pin they can provide me the phones I wanted to buy. I told them I have an online order and trade in request. The store people said once I activated the new phones the order and tradein request will be dropped in a few days and they will do the trade in. That was on October 7th. I went to the store and they told me to wait for a few more days. I called the customer service and they walked me to the steps to do the trade in online. I did as they said and filled in the trade request. But when I reached the last step they asked for the IMEI # and I filled the number. Then the message came that the phones are already on a trade in request and can't complete the trade. I have the tradein submission ID for both phones when I requested the trade online. I don't know how to cancel the trade in request that I made on line. Anybody with a solution ? Please help...
