When I try to block a number on my daughter's phone under "Block calls and messages" I get the error "We are unable to block (number) on this device(s): (her phone number)". I get the same error both within the MyVerzon App and on the website. This is very concerning as I am mom trying to protect her kid and am unable to put the proper barriers in place to block numbers from contacting my minor daughter. This is a BIG issue and would be cause for me to switch phone carriers if this isn't resolved as I need to be able to protect my kids. If Verizon can't let me do it I will go to someone who can.
