This is really directed Verizon since there is no direct way to talk to someone who can help. Who ever controls promotions and offers. As a long time customer, I have had a frustrating experience trying to upgrade an iPhone. Short story is there was a delivery problem so I was forced to cancel the order.
Now I want to reorder again but the offer does not appear to be valid anymore according to the Verizon app. The cancelled offer with trade in would cost me an additional $3/ month for 3 years . Now Verizon offer will cost me $16/month for 3 years. Since the cancellation was a result of Verizon and the delivery company issues, I should be able to get the previous offer.
is this a common occurrence? If it is, Verizon needs to address.
