My privacy is being compromised. My ex-husband is receiving text messages for my payment notifications for my Fios account. I've called Verizon repeatedly to ask them to remove his cell phone number, and they are not able to figure it out. When I try to change my Communications under Profile Settings, I am unable to do so. I click on a link and am sent to a blank page. It was a new account when I signed up, nothing to do with him but somehow his cell phone is associated with the account and Verizon is unable to remove it.
