Hi, I recently ported a number from ATT to Verizon. The transaction was completed through the online chat and I was told that Verizon would cover the balance left on my old phone at ATT. I had not received any further info about getting reimbursed from Verizon so I went to a local Verizon store. I was told at the store to email the final ATT invoice with confirmation of payment to an email address I was given, but that I just learned is not valid. Please advise on how to move forward.
