$200 Verizon gift card per new line

I just signed up for new Verizon service. Before I ordered the service phone there was a box on the Verizon site that said I would receive a $200 Verizon gift card for each new line. When. I completed the order a pop-up showed the same thing, and stated I would have to visit the Verizon rebate website to claim the gift cards.

When I went to the site to register, the ask for the promotion code, but I was not given a code.

Can someone help me with this?
