I have a 100$ gc pending. Tried collecting it from email link and it takes me to error page and online takes me to a different error page. It says "bad access because header exceeds". ... something like that. What is it? I got a new email from a rep, talked to 2 people and both said it should work without a problem. I saw a chat that said "u will be contacted privately about this issue" and locked the forum but whats the work around? I cleared cache from phone so its not that. Rep suggested i go through incognito and that didn't work. So do u have a company tech team for ur own support? How can we reach them because i paid a fee last month (like ur the bank) and was told not to worry because gift card will replace it.
