I have exactly the same problem. I was supposed to get a $200 gift card for connecting to Fios. My account did indeed say I could pick up the gift after October 8th. After October 8th, the message simply disappeared. Chatting with Verizon has yielded no results. I've already wasted 3-4 hours of my time chatting and trying to log in from different devices, as employees told me - nothing. The additional $100 gift card also doesn't work; I get an error when I click on the card. So, I have $300 worth of virtual dollars that I can't use. And this wasn't the last reason I switched to Verizon. The email address , where you can write about card issues, isn't working, and Gmail is unsuccessfully trying to deliver the email. I hope future customers see this thread and think twice about which carrier to choose. $200 Fios gift card.
