I accidentally cancelled my iPhone 17 Pro Max order after paying a down payment. When I tried to reorder with trade‑in, the price tripled. Can the original order be reinstated at the original down payment amount?
We wouldn't be able to get the original order back once its cancelled but you can place a new one with our current promotions and trade in offers.

Once the order cancels, any money you paid up front will be refunded to the method of payment. It can take up to 7 days for it to update.
