i am writing this because i am very very disappointed with the service verizon provided. In september i called to check if my phone is unlock so i can use when i travel, during conversation with the agent they offer me if i add one more line my bill will decrease and will also get new phone for free.
even though i did nit need phone i took offer since she was insisting . But next month i get my bill double and spent 4 hour that day and 1 hour next month and again 4 hour this month. Finally they come up with i was on wrong plan and Cannot provide me that plan. And i have to be on my old plan and return that phone. After all my time and stress this is what i ended up with. Very disappointed and not recommend anybody. Worst customer service ever.
