I ordered a new phone plan, phone and watch on Saturday, I was told multiple times “your package will be here by end of day” it’s now Thursday and I have still yet to receive my phone or watch. I’ve taken 3 days off work in order to be home to sign for my package and still nothing. Called again today, customer support said that my package would be delivered today, once again nothing. This is a terrible way to start off with a new customer and I’m about one more day away from canceling the order and going with a different mobile provider. This is not fair to a new or existing customer. Very disappointed with the support I’ve received. Seems like they just want to tell me what I want to hear so that they can get me off of the phone. NOT HAPPY. Something needs to be done about this or I’m taking my business elsewhere.
