I order 4 iPhones on 12/9/2025 as new customer after switching from AT&T that I have been using for many years. I was told by the agent thru Chat that I can claim the $300 Verizon Gift Card for my phones after.
I submitted the claims after the phone action. A month later, I am still seeing the notice at my account that "We had a problem processing your reward card submission."
I try to open a Support Request online, but it seems like the AI bot doesn't process the request. All the answers are done by the Auto System. This does not go anywhere.
I guess the Agent as Sales may not have enabled the Get $300 Verizon Gift Card on US promotion at my order. There's no way for me to check it under My Offers after the account activation.
