Where to go on Verizon site to block calls
If you are referring to Verizon's Call Filter app, I think you set that up in your My Verizon account. Otherwise, you could look in an app store for a 3rd party anti-spam app, or adjust your phone's settings to block unknown callers/block specific numbers.
