i traded in my phone because if i go higher plan, i could get $1100 credit and the old phone was on the list.
i shipped the phone to Verizon and got a final value which is $20. What should I do?
Honestly, I'm not sure if you have any options. I personally refuse to utilize the trade-in promotion because I have seen others have issues like this.
Depending on what the promotion's verbiage said in the fine print, if it was a case of up to X dollars credited for a trade in, then there is nothing that can be done. If however, there is nothing in the fine print saying the credit is based upon whatever the valuation of the trade-in is upon receipt, then you could contact someone at Verizon to get the full offer of the promotion.
How do I get version support through this community?

Or if you have any social media accounts, the forum admins have been suggesting contacting Verizon via one of their social media channels.
