I have called support seven times. I have significant pockets of no service where you promised service. I have received promises of help but your promises never come to fruition. Then to add insult to injury my bill went up the same amount and I did not receive the “no service” credit. I tried calling you at an 800 number provided to me via this board and I was told that it was for “important situations”. I feel that I was sold service that doesn’t exist. I believe that I have lived up to my commitment yet I can’t even get basic service. I am still paying Sprint because I don’t have service with you in areas I have told you about several times: an additional $160 a month. Do you have a solution?
