I’m posting here because my issue has not been resolved through normal support channels.
I requested my Verizon reward gift card on December 22, and the confirmation stated it would be delivered within 5–7 business days. I did receive the Nintendo gift card associated with the promotion, but I never received the Verizon gift card.
I have contacted Verizon at least four separate times regarding this issue and have followed all instructions provided. Despite these repeated attempts, there has been no resolution and no clear explanation for the delay.
At this point, this is a failure to deliver a promised promotional incentive. I am asking for this issue to be escalated and resolved promptly.
If this cannot be resolved, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I am prepared to continue escalating through additional consumer protection channels if necessary.
I would appreciate a clear update and a concrete resolution.
