hi I have been Verizon customer for 17 years and I had two lines on my account
I have never had any issues and the issue started August 2025 once Verizon did update to their website I use the app and I also use the browser on computer it looks like the engineers don’t care about the issue
I habe opened over 25 tickets and some are still open and spoken with many managers and they can’t seem to fix the issue
I don’t use third party app I don’t use I message and I don’t use what up I use sms text messages and I do on average 300 per day about 6000 text per month
It appears that right after the billing cycle starts the usage detail of my text message are registering on the usage detail after 3 days they stopped recording on the site however if I do load usage vs total usage of text from Verizon it shows for example 6500 text messages and the log only shows 300
Like I said I had no issue before and I only use sms text
I am ready to quit Verizon no one seems to fix the issue since August 2025
The logs of text messages after the billing cycle ends I can download but that defeats the purpose
It’s only doing it on one line of my two line phones using iOS Apple
