hi, I would like to know why as of recently the past three months or so every time I leave my house or another building where I am connected to the Internet I cannot use my phone to the point where no apps open and there is no way for me to take any photos. The calls however I cannot open up any Internet, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, or any other apps not even my my screen gets frozen and I cannot open or shut anything. My phone is new. I just got it last year so I’m not sure why this is happening. It does not happen inside my home only when I am traveling.
