Is it hard to transfer from one phone to another when you order here online for upgrades?

How hard is it to activate a watch to your number if you have the get a new one but you already have the number set up for one? Also when you order your upgrade are you without service until they receive your trade in? Is it hard transferring from one phone to the other?

But to answer your questions, whenever I've read of people getting device upgrades, typically either they or someone with Verizon will transfer data from the old device to the new one before the old device is factory reset and sent back to Verizon for the trade-in. There are fees for Verizon employees to move your data, but the internet has plenty of information on how to do the transfer yourself.
