Pro Bowl Practice Access

I claimed two tickets to the Pro Bowl practice session for 2/2/26 in SF. I got a "reward claim confirmation" email saying my tickets will be sent "within 24-48" hours of the event date. So the event is some time tomorrow but I haven't received any further information and the event doesn't even show up in my claimed deals on the app.

I was looking forward to this event but I don't want to drive there and pay for parking if I'm just going to get turned away at the door. Anyone else having this experience?

I called myAccess support twice this morning - the pro bowl practice is today - and they said they'd get back to me. I didn't even have basic information like the time of the event.

They just sent me an email with the event details - It's already started! If I leave now, the Pro Bowl practice will already be over!

My daughter plays flag football for her high school and was really excited to attend this event. She's going to be crushed by this. I'm so disappointed in the way this was handled.

Basically I got the event info at 10:30am and the event had started at 10am!
