Your bills will be in your My Verizon account. Depending whether this is for mobile or Fios service, may be in slightly different locations of your account when logged in:

If you only just signed up with Verizon, it'll take a few days before your first bill is viewable. If you are getting some kind of error message about things not able to be linked, or "not having a full Account Owner Experience", that's another problem altogether where you got a guest account instead of a "real" one, and you'll have to re-register on My Verizon.
P.S. - I'd suggest changing your username, as your current one is a privacy risk and leaves you open to getting spammed.
