We recently moved to a property in greenbackville, Virginia, and the wires directly in front of our house are only 12 foot from the ground. Our house is elevated 14 feet. So the wires are hanging over our porch. The contractor cannot bring in his truck to unload our furniture. I was told by the electric company to contact Verizon. Since it is their wires, the internet company Verified, it was a Verizon wire and thought it was reported years ago to have fixed.I cannot reach anyone by phone to report.This can you please help me
