I have had an ongoing problem with Verizon. This is my finale attempt to get some help. Now I purchased my IPhone 14 Pro Max from T-Mobile back in 2022 I have never had a Verizon account, never had that phone associated with Verizon now a Verizon customer reported it stole I’m assuming they had the wrong imei number I had 6 different phone conversations with customer service including two with there supervisors and they have tried submitting tickets to get it undone but due to the fact that the phone has no Verizon account attached to it they cannot unblock it. Last conversation I had with a supervisor from the tech department just stated there nothing we can do about that. So I’m out an iPhone 14 Pro Max due to the fact that a Verizon representative didn’t verify that the phone was not associated with a Verizon account and yes the representative didn’t verify verify that this lock is from Verizon but basically told me we messed up and there nothing we can do about it. What can we do about this?
