Register a Signal Booster for a University Building

I am trying to register a signal booster for student and employee use in a university campus building. The online form doesn't seem to work unless you have an account number linked to your user profile. How do you register a signal booster if you don't have an account number?

Whomever is paying for Verizon service at your campus would have the account number when they login to the account.

We don't have an account number at all. The signal booster is multi-carrier and wasn't bought from Verizon.

Hm. I don't have an answer for you then. Typically, signal boosters are purchased for a single account user and registered to their account.

Just curious since I've never had to use a signal booster (repeater) for amplifying cellular signal… Do these boosters only amplify one spectrum at a time? Because if so, then the booster will only work with one carrier and that would be why Verizon wants you to register the booster under a Verizon account. Every carrier has their own spectrum so that only their customers can use their towers. If you need to have the radio signal from multiple carriers amplified, you would need a separate booster for each carrier.
