Hello, I have a Verizon phone and I’m currently living in Europe. I don’t have a Verizon order number. I would like to know if it’s possible to unlock the SIM so I can use a European SIM card. Thank you for your help!
The device unlocking policy states that you must use the device on Verizon's network for at least 60 days and then it will automatically unlock. If you are not the original owner of the phone or have never been a Verizon customer, I'd return the phone to the seller and get a refund.
yes but i live in paris so its really complicate for me to do that we cannot contact verizon i can pay its not the probleme
If you bought the iPhone from some local vendor or through a website other than Verizon, then unfortunately you've been burned. Phones which are broken, blacklisted, or carrier locked are extremely common on 3rd party sites and small shops. Your only recourse is to get a refund from the seller.
