I only had Verizon internet. I disconnected my service and returned my box to the store. The agent even confirmed that is processed on January 20. However, since my bill generates on the 14th of the month, I was still charged for the FULL month of service. I called to ask why I was CHARGED instead of being credited. Both James and Nico said that this is because when you only have one service (internet), they "don't offer credit since it was billed in advanced." This makes no sense. I looked on the Verizon website, and there was NO mention of this. I was also not told this when I called in to cancel my service. I am paying FULL price for 5 days of service?? It is not stated anywhere, told to you when you disconnect service, or when you return the equipment. It is essentially taking money from people, then saying… too bad!
