Hello Everyone! I am here writing to you today as I am having an issue
Here is the short version : Had used a $200 verizon gift card given by Verizon for a rebate, along with my debit card for the remainder for a purchase. It was cancelled, I was refunded the debit card amount, but the gift card balance stayed at O after the refund for days. I see in another discussion that they were able to get refunded their gift card balance back to the gift card, which is what I want. Is there any way to get my gift card back?
