I've had Verizon home internet for over two years. I'm constantly being asked to verify my account, via account #, Verizon "mobile internet phone number", or order number; however, I can't find ANY of this information, without having any of that information already!!!? It's INCREDIBLY frustrating to get asked for an account number, but when I open ALL of my emails from Verizon, the majority of account is NOT VISIBLE!! So if I find the original order number & enter that it tells me to enter the phone number (of my internet box), or account number, TO WHICH I CANNOT FIND ANYWHERE ON THE BOX OR ROUTER!! Every time this happens, I feel that paying a little more per month would be worth not having to deal with this. Especially now my freaking payment is late, due to someone else's incompetence. It should not take someone have to reach out to a chat-bot, which are ZERO help, or trying to coordinate MY schedule to call customer service, when they are available! This one thing is absolutely infuriating!
