Backorder

Has a backorder taken over 2 months! 😩😤 I ordered a Sage iPhone on 12/6/2025 with a free iPad but i am paying for the monthly installment so its not free. 📱💻 I received the iPad but not the phone. 📦 Keeps showing backordered but have not received a tracking number. ❓ Any advice or any help with this? 🙏

Have you tried contacting Verizon Internet Order Support: 866-338-7390? If the phone has been backordered for that long and there's no resolution, maybe they could cancel the order and then you could try ordering it directly from Apple. You mentioned that there was a promotion you were trying to get with the phone and iPad, but looks like because the phone never arrived, you're stuck paying for the iPad? The large manufacturers often have similar deals for buying direct.
