I’m trying to switch carriers and I need a transfer pin

1. Dial #PORT (#7678) from the smartphone.
2. Complete verification in the Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
   Result: You will receive a free Verizon message with a secure link.
   Note: You must complete verification which requires Account PIN.
3. Open the text message.
4. Tap the Generate PIN button from the Create Your Transfer PIN screen.

Result: The new PIN and Account Number display on the screen.
